Cancel a purchase
Send a cancellation notice by email
In a cancellation by email, phone, mail or the link, Israeli law asks you to give your name and ID number, or, without an Israeli ID, your passport number and the country that issued it. To help us find the subscription quickly, add the phone number you use on the payment page and the parent's name.
How to cancel
Any of these ways works:
- On the payment page: go to https://viyomi.web.app/en/pay/ with your phone number and the code that arrives by SMS, and press "Cancel the subscription".
- Through Paddle: the "Manage subscription" link in the receipt Paddle emailed, or https://paddle.net.

When a cancellation takes effect
- With the button on the payment page, or through Paddle: the subscription will not renew, and the paid version stays on until the end of the paid month. On its own this refunds nothing. On the payment page, the date is shown before you confirm.
- By email, phone, mail or the "Cancel a purchase" link: you can choose to end at the end of the paid month, or right away with a refund for the days that were left. If you don't choose, the cancellation takes effect within three business days of the day we received the notice, and what was paid for the days after it is refunded.
- Want a refund? Ask for it by email, phone, mail, the "Cancel a purchase" link, or at Paddle with "Request refund" at paddle.net, also after pressing "Cancel the subscription" on the payment page. You get back what you paid for the days not used, and the paid version ends when the refund is made.
- Canceling does not delete the family or its contacts. When the paid version ends, the family goes back to the free version.
